  • What level poler should I be to do the online e-course?

    Pole dancers and aerialists of all levels are invited to participate in our educational courses. However, a shoulder mount is a high intermediate/advanced trick and should not be attempted by beginner pole dancers. However, they can participate in the learning and off the pole conditioning drills provided throughout the course. Instructors especially are encouraged to join.

  • Do I need a pole to participate?

    Whilst you do not require a pole to watch and learn with this e-course, this e-course will demonstrate a number of conditioning drills on the pole that will require pole access for you to perform. You may learn this drills at home and then take them to your studio to practice.

  • Will this e-course help me with my injury?

    These e-courses are not designed for injury.
